Understanding the latest fashion trends and styles to create high
- quality images and contents that will sell products well.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create photos and videos for fashion niche (e.g Baju Kurung/Kurta/etc)
- Handle Live streaming setup
- Photoshoot or film videos on set or on location as needed.
- Plan and execute the shoot, collaborating with the Creative Team.
- Work closely with Creative and Marketing Team to produce various series of engaging photo and video ads for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Work collaboratively in a creative team environment; performed pre-production: planning before the shoot, coordination, scripts, ocular spaces to be used.
- Edit footage in post-production, transitions to make the edits engaging and dynamic.
- Shooting in controlled and uncontrolled environment, space restrictions.
- Diligence to hit deadlines, open to feedback and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior and Management from time to time.
- Collaborate with all associates to achieve departmental and organisational goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experiences a Photographer/Videographer, creating a diverse range of visual assets.
- An eye on advanced photography, videography and engaging contents.
- Always up to date with current media trends.
- A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your passion for visuals and user stories.
- Ability and motivation to reflect on feedback, self improve and learn new skills.
- Ability to communicate with team leader and team mates is a must.
- Editing skills in stitching footages to convey and create engaging stories.
- The confidence to try new things, and a passion for big ideas and storytelling.
- Intensive knowledge in handling equipment: camera, sound, lighting, etc. Can make technical recommendations on the best equipment to use.
- Technical knowledge in retouching is a must.
- Experience in shooting from different devices, resolutions and formats.
- Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator), Final Cut, and other audio/video editing software.
- Knowledge in other categories in the creative field is a plus, example : animation, graphic design.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude, well discipline, independent, hardworking, trustworthy.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
