The TikTok Live Streaming Operation Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the live streaming experience the live streaming experience on the TikTok platform. This role involves overseeing various aspects of live streaming operations, collaborating with live host and content creators, and ensuring the smooth execution of live broadcasts. The specialist will work closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize viewer engagement, address technical issues, and contribute to the growth of the TikTok live streaming community.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Monitor and manage the setup and execution of live streaming events on the TikTok platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to ensure the compliments with TikTok’s community guidelines and content policies.
- Coordinate with hosts and Marketing Team to align live stream themes, schedules and promotional activities.
- Provide technical support to the team during live stream, addressing issues related to audio, video, connectivity and platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical glitches in real-time to maintain the quality of the live broadcast.
- Interact with viewers through live comments, responding to questions, feedback and fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop interactive elements such as polls, challenges, and giveaways to enhance viewers engagement.
- Ensure the visual and audio quality of live broadcasts, offering guidance to Marketing Team on camera angles, lighting, and sound setup.
- Review and moderate live comments to maintain a safe and respectful community environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics during live broadcasts, such as viewers count, engagement rate, and comments.
- Provide insights to Marketing Team to optimize live stream performance and audience interaction.
- Act as a point of contact incase of emergencies or unforeseen situations during live broadcast.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and platform updates that impact the live streaming on TikTok.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Set up livestream, and adjust livestream live setting through OBS (open broadcast software) system.
- Daily reporting (record live performance data daily, analysing & reporting livestream performance to superiors)
- Strong familiarity with the TikTok platform and its live streaming features.
- Technical proficiency with live streaming tools, equipment and software.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during the live broadcasts.
- Have own transportation.

**Work Schedule**
- This job has the following work schedule:

- Able to work on roster and shift arrangement: 5 working days a week and each day 9 hours including 1 hour for lunch or dinner. There will be 2 shift, 10am-7pm, 1pm-10pm)

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
