**Human Resources**:*
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
**Administration**:*
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
