**Job Descriptions**:
Safety and Health Program Development:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and health programs in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conduct hazard assessments, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to mitigate risks and improve workplace safety.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and local regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and updates and revise safety programs and procedures accordingly.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

Safety Training and Education:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness of safety hazards, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct safety orientations for new employees and provide ongoing training and education on safety topics.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.

Incident Investigation and Reporting:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and contributing factors.
- Prepare incident investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up to ensure effectiveness.

Safety Committee Coordination:

- Facilitate safety committee meetings and collaborate with committee members to identify safety issues, develop solutions, and promote safety initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees on safety-related matters, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Communicate safety-related information and updates to employees through various channels, such as meetings, newsletters, and bulletin boards.

Emergency Preparedness and Response:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to address potential emergencies, such as fires, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.
- Conduct drills and exercises to test emergency response plans and evaluate readiness.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective response and recovery in the event of an emergency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three (3) year experience in related fields of HSE for oil, gas & petrochemical projects.
- Possess Green Book certified by DOSH.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
