您將加入這個成熟的全球貨運代理客戶，他們正在尋找一名文件管理員，以全權負責為跨國界的所有目的地準備準時、準確的文件。在這方面，成功的申請者必須具備出色的電話禮儀，因為該職位需要與客戶、海外代理商、航運公司和企業內的其他部門進行廣泛的聯絡。

**角色和職責：**
- 建立提單-出口報關單。
- 確保為各方選擇或建立正確的設定檔。
- 確認提單與托運人/貨運代理提交的船長相符。
- 確保提單上所有相關費用均受到保護，並有適當的成本帳戶，
- 積極向托運人尋求所需文件。
- 準備和維護船舶文件。
- 協助客戶/代理商解決問題、投訴、請求或追蹤和追蹤。
- 仔細檢查貨櫃和封條號碼以及裝載清單。
- 向客戶/代理商開立發票。

**工作要求 ：**
- 具有文件/運輸管理職位經驗或受過學位教育並希望在物流行業開始您的職業生涯。
- 擁有良好的客戶服務技能。
- 積極進取、聰明的個人，有在公司內成長的雄心。
- 精通英語、國語和普通話。
- 非常需要航運業的經驗。
