Admin HR Officer

**1) LIST OF TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage administrative and clerical team and activities
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
- Lead in controlling all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and training.
- Maintaining general office files, filing and documentation.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment and overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Assist Internal & external audit and events.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Coordinate with Accounts team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Support financial activities such as processing invoices, managing expenses, and coordinating payroll-related documentation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**2) REQUIREMENTS**
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Labor Relations certification - may be advantageous.
- Well experienced in dealing with statutory bodies, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and other related department. Must be familiar with Statutory payment process.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Hr software and other relevant softwares.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently. Team player.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Possess Class “D” or class “B license.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
