Production Management Control

To determine demand forecast according to the sales forecast and sales/business information provided by Sales/Customer Service/Overseas Delivery Support or other sources.
- To minimize the pallet transfer process on finished goods by proper planning on orders received with enough lead time.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on the production schedule & to minimize planned downtime.
- Utilize any ERP & IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory level within financial target while maintaining 100% material availability to support operational needs.
- Responsible for weekly reporting for KPI areas.
- Provide materials to production on time.
