**Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager**

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key member of the restaurant's management team and works closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment. The Assistant Restaurant Manager assists in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, objectives, and expectations.
- Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service quality and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Operational Management**:

- Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in controlling costs, maximizing profitability, and achieving financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and labor costs.
- Prepare reports on financial performance and suggest corrective actions if needed.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and manage expenses effectively.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum a Diploma in F&B Management or Equivalent.**:

- **3 - 5 Years Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the International restaurant industry.**:

- **Strong leadership and team management skills.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with financial management and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and computer systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 3 years (preferred)
