1. Responsible for carrying out all purchasing duties for a wide range of products, materials, and services.

2. Source new parts / products or alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value, and service levels.

3. Responsible for sourcing, selection, and evaluation of existing and new suppliers

4. Working closely with suppliers on long-term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company.

5. Responsible for performing cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with customers’ expectations.

6. Ensure supplier selection and material(s) planned is/are purchased to meet targeted quality, competitive price and just on time delivery conform to quality, cost, and delivery.

7. Prepare monthly cost analysis reports and database with recommendations.

8. Practice source record keeping of source documents (softcopy) such as material request note supporting document and approved PO in electronic filing system (company server).

9. Maintain proper documentation of purchasing and procurement activities to meet internal administrative needs, legal demands and program and financial audit requirements compliance to ISO 9001:2015.

10. Alliance with warehouse assistant for stock in and out, stock card update check by warehouse assistant.

11. Responsible to check and restock critical stock from time to time when stock level is low.

**Job Requirements**:
1. A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.

2. 3 years’ experience in sales preferable related to Data Centre equipment and Maintenance Services.

3. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

4. Business communication, leadership and project management skills.

5. Vendor relationship and negotiating skills.

6. Technical proficiency with a passion for technology.

7. Close engagement with consultants on managing projects deliveries.

8. Responsible and accountable for tender preparation and submission.

9. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
