**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for gauging the training needs of individuals and teams, onboarding new talent, preparing presentations and teaching materials, ensuring trainee safety, and conducting feedback surveys to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.

**KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Review and analyze current process functions, from hiring to training and career development.

2. Oversee and manage the company's new hire training programs.

3. Develop and implement effective training plans, content for training sessions, and matrixes to keep track of staff training.

4. Collaborate with various departments to identify and solve potential issues relating to training and staff coverage.

5. Collate data and information from various departments and use them to curate accurate training reports.

6. Work with various department managers and executives to present and discuss information on training performance.

7. Ensure continuous improvement plans are in place for regular training and development.

8. Updating training materials based on process changes or improvement.

9. Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress.

10. Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)**:
1. Strong written, analytical and presentation skills.

2. Ability to interact effectively with wide range of staff throughout the company.

3. Good leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational discipline.

4. Customer service oriented and able to promote a service culture.

5. Possess drive, initiative and passion for learning and change.

6. Must be good in team player and able to work as per instruction of his or her superior.

7. Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
