Manual Tester

**Job description**:

- Test and prove that the software meets major architectural and product requirements
- Prove for scalability and performance of a software
- Ensuring the quality of the product and system as a whole
- Work with product owner and product engineers and various other technology and business stakeholders
- Develop, write and automate tests for software validation
- Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit test / system test.
- Defines test conditions for given requirements.
- Design test cases, create test scripts and prepare test data based on the project specification/requirement.
- Interprets, executes and records test cases in accordance with project test plans.
- Analyses and reports test activities and results. Identifies and reports issues and risks.
- Provide post implementation support.
- Detect bug issues and software inefficiencies
- Prepare file defect reports and report test progress
- Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures
- Preparing test reports for stakeholder reporting (technology and business stakeholders)
- Ensure test accuracy and completeness for a problem free-implementation

**Functional Skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, IT, Business IT or any other IT/Engineering related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years of software testing
- Strong understanding in Software in testing approach and testing methods.
- Experience in manual execution
- Knowledge in ALM/JIRA is mandatory
- Knowledge in agile method of testing preferred
- Understanding in SDLC and Agile Lifecycle

**Salary**: RM2,806.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
