**JOB SCOPE**:

- Responsible in doing outlet and HQ office maintenance and to make sure all in service.
- Responsible in assist on new outlet opening.
- To keep accurate and up-to-date records pertaining to repairs and maintenance checklist form and parts.
- Responsible in License Application Submission for outlets and any task which needed to perform their job duties.
- Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work.
- Able to work at night time for event setup/dismantle and outlet refurbish.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in Retail industry will be an advantage
- Positive attitude willing to learn
- Have own transport and willing to travel
- Required skill (s): Teamwork, Multitasking, Interpersonal skill
- Required Language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Can speak Mandarin will be added advantage

**LOCATION**:
Wisma Health Lane, No. 760 & 762, Jalan Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
