Warehouse & Logistic Executive (Serdang)

**Responsibilities**

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and deliver goods or packaging material.

2. Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

3. Prepare the delivery and pick up schedule for logistics daily.

4. Monitor and keep all incoming goods at the right location.

5. Responsible for warehouse operation and ensure both inflow and outflow of goods are managed effectively.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal warehouse operations, including working with sales, procurement, and transportation teams.

7. Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities, including scheduling repairs and servicing equipment as needed.

8. Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, developing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

9. Keeps back order all the time and releases back orders for issue as stock becomes available.

10. To maintain stock accuracy in both system and physical control.

11. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, and logistics activities for management.

12. Operate heavy machinery like forklift & reach truck.

13. To complete assignable tasks from time to time given by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 1-2 years warehouse & logistics experience
- Applicants must be willing to work at Serdang
- Willing to transfer is added advantage
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese
- Effective communication skills.
- Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and a team player.
