Prepare quotation & purchase order to customer & suppliers
- Find supplier, follow up with suppliers & update stock to customers
- Prepare all document tender (full set)
- Register company with MOF, CIDB, suppliers & customer
- Prepare all letter & minute meeting
- Answering phone call
- Update company profile
- Register school for CRT claim
- Perform others ad hoc duties
**5 days working (Mon-Fri) (8.30 a.m - 6.00 p.m)
**Minimum Education Required**:
- minimum SPM/ Diploma
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Productive, punctual, can work as a team, willing to learn
- Knowledge in Apple device will be advantage
- Computer literacy
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- TTDI Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
