- Job summary-
- General responsibilities- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient solutions program, a suite of products that enable patients to access, manage, and share their health data and care plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users and markets to understand their pain points, needs, and goals.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate product opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and communicate clear and measurable product objectives, key results, and success criteria.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that align with the product vision and user needs.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and technical standards.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Coordinate and execute product launches, including go-to-market planning, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback, using data and insights to inform product iterations and enhancements.
- Act as the product evangelist and advocate, both internally and externally, to build awareness and adoption of patient solutions.
- Leadership Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams in process analysis and redesign initiatives.
