**Job Summary**:
As Director of Digital Product, you will drive the success of Digital Product’s product portfolio, creating strategies to ensure all products sustainably achieve desired outcomes for our digital products from a business, technology, usability, and processes standpoint. In your role, you will also lead the transformation of all product teams in becoming high-performing, and partner with the Business to ensure product strategies and KPIs align with business goals. Functional leads and core Product Managers/Owners will report to you.
- Responsible for ensuring all core products have clear visions, goals, roadmaps and outcome-oriented KPIs, and responsible for ensuring those KPIs are met
- Ensure the continual improvement and evolution of the product management framework in order to adapt to organizational changes
- Grow the product portfolio strategically in Digital Product
- Work with Product Engineering and QA to drive high-quality product delivery
- Partner closely with the BU to strategize ways to achieve greater business and product outcomes
- Create strong leaders with strong change and agile mindset who are empowered to also create a high-performing culture
- Create and drive strategies for product management, product best practices, product design, product analytics, and product marketing
- Plan and manage product budgeting and spend
- Plan and manage team resources
- Work with the leadership of other non-product functions to ensure procedures are in place in the interest of the products
- Work with the leadership in the BUs to ensure effective collaboration with consistent focus on value
- Streamline and refine product ways of working continually to ensure the focus is always on great business outcomes, value-oriented teams, stable development and testing processes, and compliance with security and audit
- Responsible for the growth and contribution of functional leaders and product leaders (Product Managers/Owners)

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in digital and building/managing complex platforms, products, or product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
