**Scope of service**:

- You will be part of a Customer Squad working on the assigned customer accounts. Customer Squad members work on complex projects with senior-level executives from some of the biggest companies in the world. The Customer Squad is central to the success of our mission. They must grasp complex issues in places they may have never heard of and then work with the internal teams and the client to ensure they achieve significant value.
- Conduct in-depth research utilizing a variety of sources and methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of client industries, markets, competitors, and customers.
- Synthesize research findings and analysis into compelling narratives that support strategic recommendations.
- Regularly interact with customers, presenting insights, findings, and recommendations, and gathering feedback to refine the approach and ensure alignment with their needs and goals.
- Onboard and train customers on our platform, provide post-go-live support in collaboration with the Professional Services team, and ensure customers are able to effectively use our platform to achieve their objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage key work streams within strategic customer projects. This includes setting objectives, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Support sales teams throughout the contract lifecycle, including at customer review meetings, to drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and turn customers into advocates (e.g., testimonials, case studies, referrals).
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback/input to existing or new feature development and UX
- Set up TSC’s platform for our clients according to the customer’s requirements.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/International Business or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Research/ Advisory roles
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to approach complex business challenges with clear, structured thinking
- Adaptability to changing project needs, working under pressure and managing ambiguity
- Customer-oriented mindset and “can do” attitude
- Curious, eager to learn and grow
- Active team player, self-starter, and well-organized
