Temporary Assistant Officer/officer

Purpose of Job -To assist the department in its daily functions. -To maintain documents related to General Maintenance Department -To assist the departments' Engineers and Technicians in spare parts procurement, usage, controls and records. -Collection, preparation and submission of forms and relevant records for the department. Main Task -To prepare, record and update all the documents related to the EW Maintenance Dept. and to attend to phone calls received. -All forms and documents to be submitted to relevant department or staff within the specified or reasonable time. - Collection of indirect materials or parts ordered by the department from logistics department and distribute to related persons. -Maintaining the spare parts record. - Compiling of machine data. - Relaying relevant information and communications to the related department staffs.
