Subang Jaya, Malaysia ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
As the Business Support Coordinator at ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company. You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Warehousing**
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
- Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
- Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
- Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
- Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
- Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.

**Operations**
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import and export. Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea agents.
- Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with customer, clients, carriers, forwarders, customs etc. and ensure an impeccable service.
- Complete customs clearances and ensure full compliance to any relevant regulations.
- Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, licenses etc.
- Coordinate the collection/delivery processes and manage this until the final destination according to customers’ requirements.
- Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations.

**Customer Service & Indoor Sales**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments.
