**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

You shall be responsible for the following:

- Developing production plans: The production planner is responsible for developing production plans that meet customer demand while optimizing production efficiency. They must work with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that production plans align with overall business goals.
- Monitoring production processes: The production planner must monitor production processes to ensure that they are running efficiently and that production targets are being met. They must identify potential bottlenecks or delays and work with production teams to address these issues.
- Creating schedules: The production planner must create production schedules that ensure that materials, equipment, and manpower are available when needed. They must 2 also factor in potential delays or unexpected events, such as equipment breakdowns or production delays.
- Managing inventory levels: The production planner must manage inventory levels to ensure that the organization has sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs. They must track inventory levels and ensure that production processes are aligned with inventory needs. Coordinating with suppliers: The production planner must coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components are available when needed. They must monitor supplier performance and work with suppliers to address any issues or concerns.
- Analysing production data: The production planner must analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for increasing efficiency and reducing costs. They must also monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

**REQUIREMENT**
- ** Work Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- ** Technical Skills**: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
- ** Education**: Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
