To command the production schedule of share equipment resources. Liaising with site focus production manager and supervisors to priority the work order through the shared work station. Long/Short-term production capacity analysis with production team to drive the capacity resource planning. Coordinate daily production meeting with related function team to review production schedule, actual output vs plan, also review the issue occurred during work for short/long-term solution as well as risk assessment. Work with planning team or marketing for the customer order rescheduling to adapt the demands change.
