- To lead the project team which consists of consultants, contractors and suppliers towards a profitable and successful completion of the project.
- To meet financial objectives by forecasting work progress, preparing annual project budget and expenses.
- To prepare and manage feasibility study of projects.
- To coordinate design and development with the project team.
- To ensure core areas of project such as work progress, cost control, work quality, safety and security are in line with the project and company’s policy.
- To attend all project meetings with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the property development industry.
- Hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under tight schedule.
**Work arrangements**
Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
