**Responsibilities**
- Provide a full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Director (BOD) in managing their day to day administration / operational
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and maintain proper filing for record purposes
- Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties.

**Personal Errands Management**
- To provides support on BODs personal errands such as payment arrangement for credit card, loans, utilities, subscription fees, housemaid wages on monthly basis.
- To maintain and arrange for yearly renewal for domestic maid's working permit, vehicles, insurance, roadtax and etc.
- Act as the liaison person on behalf of BODs for any matters related to property such as communicating with agencies/banker, payment arrangement and etc**.**:

- To manage the usage of properties such as event hall and / or apartment including liaising with the tenant, ensuring cleanliness is well maintained, payment collection, upkeep and maintenance rectification and etc.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Secretary / Office Administrator
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and/or Diploma or equivalent with relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and spoken communication in English and MUST able to speak in **Mandarin**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
