Requirement:
i) 7 - 10+ Years in Oil & Gas, Civil and construction industry, in a role of site HSSE advisor

ii) Operational HSSE experience with hands on experience in Construction Safety in project environment. Shell site HSSE experience is an advantage

iii) Relevant certification(s) in the Workplace/Occupational Health & Safety training or with minimum Master Degree in OSH or Bachelor Degree (Any Engineering Discipline) and register to country health organization

iv) Familiar with all aspects of building and civil facilities construction, testing, installation and commissioning activities

v) Have knowledge in safe working practice in civil and construction site. Skillled in International Oil and Gas Producer (IOGP) RP 577 Requirements. Knowledge/skill in Shell’s CSSS requirements is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and is able to work well with people at all levels of the Project / Site construction organization

vi) Strong knowledge in Local Law requirement.

vii) Strong coaching skills, influential skills, HSSE Leadership and team approach

viii) Ability to intervene quickly in unsafe situation and implement corrective measures to restart works stronger

ix) Have knowledge in safe working practice in civil and construction site. Skillled in International Oil and Gas Producer (IOGP) RP 577 Requirements. Knowledge/skill in Shell’s Construction Site Safety Standardization (CSSS) requirements is an asset

x) Strong and experience in managing stakeholders

xi) Experience in conducting assurance on projects with respect to safety requirements and able to provide recommendations to close the findings/gaps identified from the assurance. Experience in performing competency assessments and gap closure for individuals is a strong asset.

xii) Able to lead and coach safety professionals in support of the Program is a requirement

xiii) Experience in managing construction safety site executions and managing safety resources on the ground.

xiv) Regular travel and work at the terminals/construction site as per work requirements

xv) Experience and qualify Trainer

xvi) Experience in writing reports, procedures and safety documents

xvii) Fluency in local language (oral and written) where services are being requested and fluent in

English (oral and written).Experience in reviewing safety documents and devolping plan for site

executions (Construction HSSE Activity Plan).Possess knowledge, experience and well versed in:

- Shell’s HSSE Management System (Strong advantage)
- IOGP 577/CSSS (Strong)
- Local Law, Regulations & Permit (Requirement)
- Emergency Response
- HSE Audits (LOD1)
- ACT/Prevention Intervention Behaviours
- Waste segregation/disposal/storage
- Educate, coach staff, train and to control high-risk activities
- Permits to Work (PTW)/Job Hazard Analyses (JHA)/Journey Management Systems (JMS)
- Constructability Reviews
- Construction HAZIDs
- Incident Investigations
- Conduct HSSE Trainings and Assessment
- Management of Change
- Construction Readiness Review
