Job Description
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Prepare presentation slide and business proposal.
Help with daily time management.
Run errands as requested.
Plan travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Liaise with relevant organizations and clients
Basic photo taking, video taking and copywriting for director personal branding across social media

Travel with lady boss and good at driving.
Requirement
Strong interpersonal skills and professional and great personality.
Good in power point, presentation and taking minute meeting.
Active listening and good communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask
Strong time-management and organization skills
Possess a valid class D driving license with a good track record
With a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience.
Have no issue to travel and when required.
Good in Bahasa and English. Third language is a bonus.
