'¢ Assisting in material procurement and material schedule control. '¢ Preparation of monthly progress claims. '¢ Evaluation on the claims (work done & variations), quotation of subcontractors/main contract. '¢ Verification and preparation of sub-con claim. '¢ Monitoring of project cost. '¢ To prepare monthly financial statement. '¢ Preparation of final measurement & account upon the completion of the works. '¢ Calling tender, evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation and procurement support. '¢ Prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractors/suppliers. '¢ To attend all project meetings and site meetings, if necessary. '¢ Keeping the updating the documentation and filling.
