Taking off quantities and site measurement.
- Acquiring quotations from suppliers / contractors and assessment of quotations.
- Preparing sub-contractor’s payment certificates.
- Assisting in material procurement and material schedule control.
- Preparation of monthly progress claims.
- Evaluation on the claims (work done & variations), quotation of subcontractors/main contract.
- Verification and preparation of sub-con claim.
- Monitoring of project cost.
- To prepare monthly financial statement.
- Preparation of final measurement & account upon the completion of the works.
- Calling tender, evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation and procurement support.
- Prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractors/suppliers.
- To attend all project meetings and site meetings, if necessary.
- Keeping the updating the documentation and filling.

**Requirements**:

- Working location will be at KL

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,999.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
