- **Data Analyst Executive**_
- **Responsibilities**_
- Identify and collect data, quantify and analyze results, provide ongoing reports and interpret trends or patterns.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Stock management and plannning to ensure adequate stock at all time. Recommending strategies that align closely with sales trends and new launch requirements.
- _Involve in sales reports and other analysis reports to support _managerial _decision-making_
- Generate Macros encoded Excel sheets (e.g Master Price List) and handle adjustment that is based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
- Collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments,
- Involve in issuing Purchase Orders and updatng inventory and sales documents (e.g Production Master File).
- Developing auto updating and dynamic Excel workbooks for data analysis to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
- Preparing, maintaining, and presenting sales analysis reports and various other reports for managerial decision making.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in/or Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or other relevant degrees.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot table, V-look up, Macros), and any other business intelligence (BI) software.
- Have sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and experience in a similar role.
- Minimum one year of working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Have good sense of numbers.
- Good communication skill in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
