We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects by analyzing and translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technology industry while contributing to real-world projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze data and provide valuable insights to optimize business processes and enhance product performance.
- Help in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate potential solutions.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to elicit feedback and refine project deliverables.
- Contribute to the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our business.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact in the software development industry.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM300.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
