Order Processing Clerk

**Job Responsibilities**:
- Receive customer order from company's phone such as our own website, Shopee, Lazada, whatsapp, call, message and etc
- Process the order which is pick all the items from store and send to packer/customer
- Receive and Print all the order details from platforms, arranging stock packaging and courier
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
- To monitoring the sales performance, Responsible to lead the sales activities
- Responsible for achieving allocated sales target
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Ensure smooth running of operations by working with Retail Sales & Operations Manager
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian
- With or Without experience. (preferable with experience)
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well groomed, work hard and self efficient
- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately
**Job Type**:Full Time** **(Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)**
