Order Processing Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer order from our own website (Unicart), Shopee and Lazada
- Receive and print all the order details from all online platforms, arrange for stock packaging and courier.
- Pick all the ordered items from store and send to packer / customer.
- Ensure the availability of stock on shelves and restock if stocks are running out.
- Handle complaints from customers if there is any.
- Ensure smooth running of operations by working with the team members.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian
- With or without experience. (preferable with experience)
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills
- Well groomed, work hard and self efficient
- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately

**Job Type: Full Time** **(Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)**

**Benefits : OT, EPF, Socso, Insurances, Allowance, Medical Allowances, Annual Leave**
