**VACANCY FOR GENERAL CLERK/ADMIN**

REQUIREMENTS:
1-Female only

2-Must possess at least Diploma in any field

3-Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred

4-Computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excell, PowerPoint and internet surfing for research etc)

5-Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia in communication and interpersonal skill.

6-Possess owned transport

7-Familiar with general administrative work, and basic accounting

8-Meticulous and resourceful

9-Able to work under minimum supervision

10-Able to start in September 2023

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1-To do general administrative and clerical work ;
- To prepare quotation, purchase order, warranty, delivery order etc
- To prepare letter or any documents needed by client
- To update's company's licenses with authorities
- To manage company's vendor registration
- To prepare monthly report

2-To do basic accounting ;
- To prepare invoice
- To update and follow up payment from clients
- To prepare monthly invoice and payment report also Statement of Account
- To assist Director for payment to supplier

3-To keep track of documentation and filing

4-To assist client's inquiries

5-To do any ad-hoc task

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
