**_Responsibilities ;_**

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, customer service, and data management, all of which contribute to the successful execution of our sales processes.
- Sales support to sales team for quotations and follow up with customer
- To arrange delivery & Process incoming sales orders, Generation delivery orders, Invoice
- Perform general office admin & Filling works such as invoices & DO
- Attend to walk in & Own pickup customer
- Follow up local DO & Scan invoice & DO for outlet customer
- Sales support to sales team for stock balance enquiry and follow with customer
- Perform other administrative duties ( i.e.: Documentation filling, Handling incoming calls )
- Assisting in the sales process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- To maintain regular communication with customer, addressing their needs and concern, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To handle the export process and documentation

**_Requirements :_**
- Min. SPM or Equivalent Qualification
- At least 1 year(s) Experience in related field
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft word & Excel
- Knowledge of UBS system is an added advantage
