RESPONSIBILITY: Debt collectors compile debt owned to the organisation or third parties, mostly in cases when the debt is past its due date. 1. Perform calling & field visit (houses / commercial premises) and collect relevant information. 2. To obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact number/new addresses. 3. To assist Collection team’s arrangement with customer when required. 4. To deliver/collect documents to/from customers/Clients. 5. To deliver reminder/letter to customer premises. 6. To obtain and verify any latest contact information from the collectors / family members or anyone who knows the collector. 7. Undertake other duties as directed by Head of unit. REQUIREMENT: 1. Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and any other languages will be an added advantage. 2. Ability to communicate with different level / status of people would be a definite advantage. 3. Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and basic computer knowledge. 4. Possess own transport and has valid driving license. 5. Minimum qualification SPM
