**Job Summary / Purpose**

1.Menjawab panggilan telefon

2.Membuat pengumuman/lagu

3.Memberi dan menerima free gift

4.Membuat a-kad

5.Customer service

6.Kunci/rekod supplier

7.Kauter/barang PWP

8.Menghantar report pr

**Key Responsiblities**

1.a.Menjawab panggilan luar dan menyambung panggilan tersebut kepada orang yang berkenaan.

2.a.Memainkan lagu permulaan perniagaan dan lagu penutupan perniagaan.

b.Membuat pengumuman kepada pekerja untuk ke pejabat atau mengambil barang serta menjawab panggialan telefon.

c.Membuat pengumuman kepada cleaner untuk membersihkan tempat yang kotor.

d.Membuat pengumuman SOP kepada pelanggan ketika pelanggan ramai,pelanggan yang kehilangan anak,pelanggan kehilang kunci kereta atau pelanggan yang kehilangan ic.

3.a.Menerima barangan free gift daripada supplier [berapa kuantiti yang masuk]

b.Meminta resit pembelian kepada pelanggan dan memberi freegift kepada pelanggan jika terdapat barangan yang dibeli mempunyai tanda freegift.

4.a.Pantas dan cepat semasa mengemaskini pemohonan a-kad. Penebusan mata ganjaran a-kad dan sentiasa mengemaskini keahlian a-kad ke dalam sistem ARMS.

b.Pastikan bayaran ahli a-kad sama dengan laporan sistem ARMS dan serah kepada chief cashier.

c.Jika a-kad tertinggal di kaunter pembayaran, cashier akan serahkan kepada kaunter PR.

d.Jika berlaku sebarang masalah kekurangan a-kad perlu memaklumkan kepada pihak atasan seperti asst chief cashier atau chief cashier.

5.a.Sentiasa bersedia menerima aduan dari pelanggan.

b.Berkebolehan menyelesaikan masalah atau aduan dari penggalan.

c.Sentiasa berhemah dan melayan penggalan dengan baik dan mesra.

d.Sekiranya mendapat aduan daripada pelanggan segera memaklumkan kepada pengawai atasan dengan secepatnya.[kalau kes tidak dapat diselesaiakn]

6.a.Staff yang ingin menggunakan kunci perlu menulis nama di dalam buku rekod pengambilan kunci contohnya, kunci stor, kunci escalator ataupun kunci trolley.

b.Untuk supplier yang keluar/masuk diminta untuk mengambil pas masuk serta menulis nama di dalam buku serta meninggalkan lessen/ic sebagai bukti mereka masuk melakukan tugas/kerja mereka.

c.Jika supplier ingin keluar, pas masuk perlu dikembalikan di kaunter PR.

7.a.Pastikan kawasan kaunter berapa dalam keadaan kemas dan bersih.

b.Pembayaran juga boleh dibuat dikaunter PR.

c.Jika pemborong membeli barang dalam kauntiti yang banyak boleh membuat pembayaran di kaunter PR.

d.Penggalan membeli barangan dalam jumlah RM50 dapat membeli barangan PWP dengan harga yang agak murah.

e.Memastikan barangan cashier sentiasa mencukupi seperti tape, paper roll dan sebagainya.

f.Jika didapati salah seorang cashier tidak hadir harus menggantikannya di kaunter cashier.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
