Organizes and develops the admin department, including the systems policies and procedures to enable it to carry out its function effectively.
- Maintains close communication especially in updating policies and procedures with other administrative officials at all centres in addition to assisting them in human resource functions.
- Attends relevant management meetings and minute the meeting.
- Ordering and maintaining office and office supplies.
- Administering payroll procedures and records.
- Undertakes any duties given by management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Five years of office management experience with full supervisory responsibilities, including hiring and evaluating personnel. Experience in sales and fiscal management preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and multi-task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
