Admin Assistant, Property Management

**Responsibilities**:
- To follow up, compile and process monthly invoices and utilities bills for payment.
- To assist in collection of payment including service charges, utilities charges, rental of common property and other payments.
- To assist in preparation of letter, notice for JMB/ MC, memo for approval, purchase requisition order, insurance and other documentations.
- To assist in appointing external services provider to carry out maintenance of public areas.
- To follow up and keep the customer updated on their ratification progress.
- To answer, screen and forward telephone calls, providing Company general information such as location of office, and taking messages.
- To greet visitors, find out the nature and purpose of visit, direct them to specific waiting area and inform the relevant staff of the arrival of visitors.
- To receive incoming mails, record and distribute to the respective departments.
- Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
- Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Property Management or equivalent
- Min 1 year of experience in Administration
- Experience in handling purchasers feedbacks
- Good interpersonal and communication
- Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
- Pleasant personality and customer focused
- Computer literate
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bangi.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
