**1.0 Recruitment (Junior Executive & Assistant below)**
i. Arrangement on the job posting.
iii. Arrangement of interview session.
iv. Attend interview session.
v. Arrangement of recruitment preparation checklist.
vi. Briefing of HR Policies to new staff.
vii. Prepare staff payroll detail for HQ.
**2.0** **Resignation (Junior Executive & Assistant below)**
i. Submission of resignation letter and leave balance details for complex manager and HOD verification.
ii. Get approval from HOD/ASM for resignation
iii. Arrangement of Exit Interview / handover session
**3.0 Payroll**
i. Update of Organization Chart
ii. Update and compile unpaid leave details
iii. Update and follow up new staff details
iv. Follow up approval and checking of OT claim
**4.0 HR Admin**
i. Prepare duty roster
ii. Register thumbprint for office staff and outsource
iii. Checking of attendance every week and update attendance record
iv. Preparation of staff refreshment
vi. Take meeting minutes and prepare report
**3.0 Office Administration**
i. Prepare Purchase Order for all department
ii. Source at least 3 quotes for all admin purchase
iii. Send/ follow up all document for Property Manager approval
iv. Send/ follow up all document for ASM approval
v. Prepare utilities report
- water, electricity, telephone, streamyx, medical, copier.
vi. Ensure the office environment to be clean and neat with weekly checklist
vii. Maintaining office equipment such as CCTV, camera, walkie talkie, personal computer, photocopier machine and office furniture.
viii. Support security and housekeeping on certain admin tasks.
ix. Audit trolley count with security department.
**3.0 Others**:
i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/ASM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR & Administration: 3 years (preferred)
