HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The HR & Admin Executive responsibilities include updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you may need to have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Prepare related letters to employees (e.g. appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary adjustment letter, etc)
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- To brief on company profile and company regulations for new employees
- To liaise with labour office
- Conduct initial stage of disciplinary actions by issuing the respective letter; reminder, warning or show cause.
- Involve with domestic inquiry issues of problematic staff, and prepare related documents.
- Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR procedures and policies.
- Prepare the acceptance resignation of staff and conduct exit interview on last day of particular staff working.
- Carries out other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required when directed by supervisor.
- Follow up and liaise with government statutory bodies, update every month contribution - EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- To prepare and submit necessary forms for SOCSO claim
- To conduct new staff orientation
- To monitor & update staff’s attendance
- To generate and print monthly reports
- To monitor all branches expenses (electricity, water, telephone, alarm)
- To provide HR and Admin support
- To record minutes of meetings when needed
- To maintain strict confidentiality on all job matters
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
