Job Title: Admin cum Finance

Background: Accounting

Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting

**Salary**: From RM3000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Skillfully manage bookkeeping duties for accurate financial tracking
- Execute regular reconciliation of accounts, maintaining financial integrity
- Maintain meticulous transaction records encompassing sales and expenses
- Ensure audit-traceable document management
- Collaborate with accountants and auditors for monthly and annual full set account reports
- Skillfully handle tax submissions in collaboration with financial experts
- Process monthly payroll and staff claims proficiently
- Take charge of administrative tasks such as HR management
- Compile monthly attendance reports

Key Requirements:

- Strong educational foundation in accounting (Diploma or Degree)
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interaction with accountants, auditors, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Versatility in multitasking, handling both finance and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of payroll processing and staff claim procedures
- Understanding of human resource management practices
- Adaptability to manage correspondence and communication needs
