- Assist monitoring staff attendance and prepare the monthly report.
- Continuously assist to improve Policies & Procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist maintain a filing system.
- Assist operations in any company activities.
- To perform on the other job task as assigned by the Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Payroll Software.
- Able to work independently and solve problem with mínimal direction.
- Working Location**:Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan.**

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
