ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall aspects of administrative functions of the Head of Department to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Liaise and coordinate with departments on matters relating to operations, administration, HR etc such as policies, leave, claims, training, reports etc.
- Follow through all matters requiring action and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain proper and systematic filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
- Support sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Compilation of audit documents.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by superior and management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 years working experience in administration role or any similar position. Experience in clerical and admin will be an added advantage.
- Mature, independent, committed and efficient towards the job
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employee.
- Able to prioritize, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Well versed with MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
- Able to work after-hours when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
