JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT:
*
Maintain files for expense reports, supplier invoices and etc. All invoice processing
- Track departmental budgets
- All other necessary administrative duties
- Coordinate and prepare materials for all marketing presentations to senior management, sales and marketing meetings
- Field Force mailings (special events, new products)
- Issue, track and follow up on all Creative Service Requests (CSR’s) and Brand Marketing Decisions (MD’s) and/or revisions
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other Admin & HR-related matters.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
