**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Handle office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and functional.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employee documentation and conducting orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

**General Support**:

- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in the implementation and management of HR projects and initiatives.
- Support the HR Manager and other team members as needed.

**Education**: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
