1) Human Resource:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies.
- Manage onboarding & orientation processes for new hires.
- Coordinate training & development programs for employees
- Administering payroll & claims
- Ensuring compliance labor laws
- Work closely to management.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

2) Administration:

- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence and filling documents
- organize and coordinate meetings, appoinments and events
- Maintain office equipment
- Handle confidental information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
