Human Resource Assistant

**Responsible in work permit/ employment pass, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers and liaise with agent and immigration officers**; Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers, Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker’s data, FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up, Highlighting and handling foreign worker’s recruitment, resignation, end of contract and long leave, Monitoring worker’s accommodations, flight tickets and etc, Police report arrangement for runaway foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
- **Administration matters - **Responsible and monitor all admin expenses i.e : Purchase of sundry, stationery, pre-printed forms, courier service, postage, printing of photocopy machine, office equipment, renewal of company licenses, cukai tanah with the government department**, **door access system i.e : repairing and laising with contractor, typhoid vaccination and department monthly claim.
- **Canteen Management** - To ensure canteen operation is well managed i.e : maintenance, hygienic operation, monitoring on monthly cleaning of grease trap of canteen and also monitor on monthly claim.
- **Staff ID Card -**To ensure the printing of ID Card for new joiner for all location must be get ready on the first day they join (Bangi 1, Bangi 2, Meru, PJ, JB and all region).
- **Festive/Marriage Sampling - **Compilation on the details from various dept/region and to process to OSC Department.
- **Uniform - **To ensure the uniforms are ordered and distributed on timely manner and record updated. Set the minimum balance on hand and always aware on the balance.
- **Perform any other related office duties as and when required.**
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
