Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Calculate and process employee monthly salary bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components accurately and in a timely manner.
- Administer payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, retirement contributions, and other authorized withholding.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in compensation or benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and compensation, providing timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and summaries to management, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws
- Responsible for timely processing of Payroll.
- To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime, Worker Schedule & update Leave Form
- To process SOCSO claims relating to work related injuries
- To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF
- Experience in employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
- Arrange training for staffs
- The ability to start immediately with be an advantage1
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
