**JOB SCOPE for Intern in (**Performance & Rewards team**)**
- To provide administrative support to Performance & Rewards team.
- To assist in filling of documentation, i.e. Payroll, Benefits, Performance, Leave, etc.
- To assist in data entry for Leave Management, Benefits, etc.
- To assist in preparing and distribution of documents (if any)
- To perform any other relevant jobs or projects assigned by superior
**JOB SCOPE for Intern in (**Learning & Development team**)**
- To provide support in the area of Learning & Development acquisition process and initiatives, to build capability within Duopharma Group
- To assist in updating and key in employee’s training records.
- To coordinate training programs to cater training needs and requirements
- To do filling for employee’s training certificate
- To perform any other relevant jobs or projects assigned by superior
**REQUIREMENT**
- Background : Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration /Office system Management /Business management / Administration
- Computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Passionate, hardworking, &eager to learn
- Good organization and attention to details, ability to work multi-task with mínimal supervision.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and a good team player

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
