Human Resource Practical Trainee

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
