To provide clerical and organizational support to company sales.
- Handle incoming phone calls and messaging inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy in server/system including product name, serial numbers and individual selling price.
- Provides day-to-day administrative support.
- Arrange and organize appointments for Customers.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint: determining the cause of the problem
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and customer needs
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Able to track orders, process paperwork and ensure product or service are delivered on-time.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Issue Invoice / Receipt on Customer Order
